Axial-flow fan is a common ventilation equipment, its working principle is to drive the blade rotation through the rotating shaft, thus producing airflow. Axial flow fan is usually used for ventilation, ventilation, heat dissipation and other occasions, such as air conditioning systems, ventilation systems, electronic equipment, heat dissipation and so on have a wide range of applications.
The advantages of axial flow fan are simple structure, convenient installation, smooth operation, large air volume, high efficiency. It has the disadvantage of low wind pressure, can not provide high wind pressure, and will produce noise at high speed.

The main installation methods of axial flow fan are as follows:

  • direct installation: the axial flow fan directly installed on the wall, ceiling or equipment, usually requires the use of bolts or brackets to be fixed.
  • pipe installation: an axial fan is installed in a pipe through which air is conveyed to the area requiring ventilation.
  • hoisting: use hooks or hangers to hoist the axial fan to the ceiling or beam.
  • seat installation: the axial flow fan installed on the base, and then the base fixed to the ground or other support surface.

When choosing the installation method, we need to consider the installation environment, fan size, wind volume and wind pressure requirements and other factors. At the same time, in order to ensure the installation quality and safety, it is recommended to install by professional personnel.
