Noise from high temperature centrifugal fans is usually caused by friction and barriers between the aerodynamics and the environment. That is to say, if the circumferential speed of centrifugal fan impeller of high temperature fan is too high, the effect on ambient air noise will be more obvious, and the ratio of impeller noise will increase. If the high temperature fan centrifugal fan noise is too large, it will have a great negative impact. Therefore, we must take measures to solve the problem.
In the case of constant wind pressure and volume, first of all, to pay attention to the speed and direction of the airflow. For example, we can make the changes at the end of the centrifugal fan of the high-temperature fan as obvious as possible. Of course, the correct and reasonable selection of high-temperature fan centrifugal fan is also a very important issue. This must be considered in the context of our actual use. Alternatively, you can connect a centrifugal fan with a high-temperature fan directly to the motor to reduce noise. If you want to use indirect transmission, you need to use no gap trapezoidal belt for connection. In addition, it is a very effective method to design the inlet and outlet of centrifugal fan of high temperature fan as a straight line to avoid sharp turn. In this case, the high-temperature fan can also reduce the centrifugal fan in the process of air circulating noise. Of course, we can also choose to use noise insulation to reduce noise levels. But in practice, centrifugal fan with high-temperature fan, affected by many factors, can not directly reduce the noise from the students’ point of view. Therefore, in many cases, it is necessary to use silencers and noise insulation materials to reduce the noise of high-temperature fans and centrifugal fans.
